Panagiotis-George Balatsoukas is a criminal defense attorney born in Trikala on July 19, 1996. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2023, having completed his legal apprenticeship at the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of Trikala beginning in 2021.
He is the son of Brigadier General Nikolaos Balatsoukas of the Hellenic Fire Service and Areti Papastathi, an independent professional. His ancestral roots trace to the mountainous region of Argithea, specifically the village of Kali Komi in Karditsa.

He graduated with highest honors in 2014 from the 3rd General High School of Trikala "Odysseas Elytis" and was subsequently admitted to the prestigious Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He fulfilled his military obligations in the Hellenic Army, serving as private with the 33rd Armored Squadron and the Non-Commissioned Officers School.

Since his admission to the Athens Bar Association in 2023, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to criminal law. He served as an associate attorney from 2022 to 2024 with the esteemed law firm Theodoros Mantas and Associates. In 2024, he co-founded the specialized criminal law practice Koutsonasios Balatsoukas and Associates, where he continues to focus primarily on criminal defense.
